[Bug 695971] [NEW] gnome-display-properties displays the screen name below Unity

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

gnome-display-properties places a small floating window in the top left
corner of every screen. This window is used to help identity each
screen.

Unity's panel and launcher both display above the screen name- thus
obscuring it.

Despite appearing below Unity, the Ubuntu icon doesn't register clicks
when the screen name window is present.
