Happens with me.  At first I thought it wasn't relevant cause I manually
re-enabled wobbly windows after upgrading to natty, but then I
remembered I subsequently wiped my ./.compiz & ./.gconf/apps/compiz
folders to un-break....everything.  Haven't tested in Unity, really I've
been afraid to go back to that freak show until at least the next beta
milestone.
