Paul, "Bring to front" is the current default selection, David meant
"None"

   Importance: Undecided => Medium

** Package changed: compiz (Ubuntu) => compiz-plugins-main (Ubuntu)

** Description changed:

  In CCSM -> static switcher -> Appearance -> Selected Window Highlight -> Highlight Mode
- the value should be forced to: Bring Selected to Front
+ the value should be forced to: None
  
  Or else, you may see the launcher staying on top while cycling through
  app. windows with alt-tab.
