  Tiling windows via Compiz Grid plugin is the same as "maximizing" them to an area constrained by other "tiles".
- The intention is to tile windows, maximizing their efficient usage of a side (left|right), hemisphere or maybe also of a quadrant of physical display.

  In this understanding, window corners should be drawn straight and not rounded on tiled windows.
  Rounded corners will still look good on floating windows.
