i am only testing it on libreoffice because it is default office suite
and don't have open office installed.

when you open a libreoffice files, writer or spreadsheet etc it doesn't
shows the minimise and maximise and close buttons along with the title
of the file you have open.

as a workaround if you open another window and then go back to the
libreoffice app it correct itself.
