[Bug 768756] [NEW] change of setting in compizconfig makes menu bar disappear

1. Open the compiz configuration setting manager.
2. Change some setting. (I've tried two: play with "opacity and brightness" or "put" plugins)
3. see that the menu bar at the top disappears (it reappears temporarily when you change desktops)
