[Bug 771912] [NEW] In dual-head setup, expo/spread mode is shown only on the last used screen

With multiple monitors, expo/spread mode  (Alt-Shift-Up or Win-W)
displays all windows tiles, but only on one (physical) screen, and not
always the same. This is confusing and not very usable. A better
alternative could be to display each window tile on the screen they
belong to.
