I installed the recommended NVIDIA driver which enabled Unity 3d.  This
made Ububtu ignore my ACER 22" H213H flat screen and Monitor did not
know my laptop screen was a laptop screen (called the monitor Unknown).
I did realize where the scroll bars were for several applications but
the Lotus applications still did not have them.

My IBM Lotus Notes errors persist (portions of several key dialogs are
not displayed).

I installed and tried Unity 2D, no change in my key Lotus applications
had all the same errors.

I switched to Classic and no joy.

I removed the NVIDIA driver and got my Acer flatscreen back but all my
Lotus errors persist.
