I can also confirm this bug. I am having issues with desktop redraw with
an external monitor. When only having  a single monitor everything work
great, plug in the second monitor and I have inconsistent results. These
range from the monitor on the laptop having a distorted and unusable
picture to no desktop redraw to both screens being unresponsive.
