[Bug 742671] [NEW] Expo scaling far from optimal, wastes a lot of space

Steps to reproduce:
Open 3 PDF documents of your choice. Click on the evince icon on the launcher.

Expected behavior:
Windows are nicely spread out over the scree. Optimally: Window titles displayed below to allow for proper identification of the windows.

Actual behavior:
A lot of space is wasted. See attached screenshot.
