[Bug 787108] [NEW] minimise & maximise buttons missing at every startup

unable to drag windows etc.  Can fix with metacity --replace in Terminal but problem re-occurs every time I restart or log-in.
using Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal new install a few days ago on new laptop.
