I've got a fix for one case of this happening, where the client sets the
WM_TRANSIENT_FOR hint before compiz has a chance to set an input frame.
I know there are other cases too, so if you keep getting this crash
after the next SRU, please let me know.

I will attach a testcase which shows this happening later. For now, one
can use DeskZilla, opening it should reproduce the crash and this branch
will fix that case
