Adding more confirmation to the pile, in the hopes that someone actually
FIXES THIS!

I have an i7 laptop with an NVIDIA GTX 460M (1.5GB vram). When I move
windows with my external mouse (a Razer Orochi, plugged in; not in
bluetooth mode), I get major choppiness. When I move windows with the
trackpad, I get no slowdown at all.

It sounds to me like the users have done an excellent job tracking down
the precise problem. How about some dev support on this?? Sounds like a
pretty easy fix to me!
