[Bug 817435] [NEW] mouse cursor is not black

In Appearance Properties (gnome-appearance-properties) I set my mouse
cursor to DMZ (Black). However, all of the mouse icons are black except
for the main icon. Loading, Link, Text is black, but the main mouse icon
is white.

When I hover Flash Content, it is black as it was on Ubuntu 10.10. I
upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04 and I can't have the main icon black.

This already happened to me on linux mint 11, so I guess it has
something to do with Ubuntu 11.
