Ok, a few more tests in OO...

If I give _focus_ to thunderbird before I minimize it, the misplaced bug
does _not_ occur any more when called back from message indicator (but I
get a stacking bug, Firefox window staying on top but not getting
focus).

If I minimize Thunderbird directly after opening (thus not clicking in
the window, only in the main title bar), the bug still occurs.

So new steps to reproduce:
1) open thunderbird from message indicator
2) don't give it focus, minimize directly
3) open firefox, unmaximize
4) call thunderbird back from message indicator

You get two bugs for the price of one : misplaced thunderbird window,
and stacking problem (firefox window staying on top but not getting
focus).
