I just got an answer from Nvidia, read below. Only I don't use compiz/unity now because of the issue. I must send them an answer within 72 hours for the report not to be closed...
On the 752445-bug (same as this one) it seems someone has allready tried the 280.13 driver Mike (from the mail below) mentioned. Any of you guys have tried this driver?

Your issue was just referred to me.

Can you please try our most recent driver and let me know if the problem
still exists? It is version 280.13 available here for Linux x32:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux-display-ia32-280.13-driver.html

If the problem persists, please generate and attach a bugreport which
gives us more information. You can generate one by 'sh nvidia-bug-
report.sh'
