1. Install libdecoration0_1%3a0.9.5.92+bzr2791-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
2. Then compiz-plugins-default_1%3a0.9.5.92+bzr2791-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
3. Grab a copy of compizconfig-backend-gconf_0.9.5.92-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb from somewhere, since it haven't been updated, so no cache
4. compiz-plugins-default_1%3a0.9.5.92+bzr2791-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
5. compiz-plugins-main-default_0.9.5.92.bzr17-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
6. compiz_1%3a0.9.5.92+bzr2791-0ubuntu2_all.deb

and finally:
unity_4.14.2-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

Since I'm on AMD64, you have to change the package name to suit your
configuration. I think you just change amd64 to i386
