Message #22715
[Bug 739870] [NEW] Default compiz configuration program should be ccsm
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime
KDE's system settings has a "Configure" button for launching the compiz
configuration program. It's set in
/usr/share/kde4/apps/ksmserver/windowmanagers/compiz.desktop to be
simple-ccsm. But simple-ccsm (a) won't install under natty, and (b) is
much less common installed than ccsm. ccsm is suggested by the compiz
package. If anything should be the default, it should be more common,
suggested configuration tool.
** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
