Message #23305
[Bug 786719] [NEW] Alt-Tab + panel broken for some applications
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Some applications, including Firefox and Skype, are *sometimes* not
listed when holding down Alt and pressing Tab. This seems to be 100%
reproducible in Firefox if it was closed in fullscreen (F11) mode, and
then reopened. About 2/3 of the time Skype does not show up in the Alt-
Tab menu, and this seems to coincide with it not being shown in the
panel either. Instead of the Skype icon in the panel, there seems to be
a 1 or 2-pixel area where the icon should be which is clickable to
minimize and restore the application. This behavior has been seen on
Ubuntu 11.04 only, using the "Ubuntu Classic" desktop.
