** Description changed:

  Compiz has strange behaviours:
- -When triggering the scale windows, all windows show up including the ones minimized (they should only appear when we ask to scale all windows)
+ -When triggering the initiate window picker, all windows show up including the ones minimized (they should only appear when we ask to initiate window picker for all windows)
  -After waking from suspend, when you move a window with the mouse, the window has a delay compared to the mouse. This disappears when you check or uncheck any option in compiz (compiz seems to restart and solve the problem)
- -When trying to change some settings in compiz (adding or removing one option), the top bar of windows, the unity launcher and the main bar disappears. Sometimes the keyboard also becomes unresponsive.
