Same here with ATI's privative driver, Ubuntu 11.10 and Gnome in
fallback mode.

Also, the window in the final desktop looses the focus, forcing to click
on it with the mouse to regain it and be able to type. This is very
annoying when coding with the editor in one desktop, and with the
documentation in other desktop.
