I am using Compiz (Version: 1:0.9.6+bzr20110929-0ubuntu5) with Ubuntu
11.10 and I am experiencing the same issues, actually is not just the
top-right but all the positions are worse than before.

Example: now left and right just put a window in half the screen, while
before using the same feature many times produced different measures.
