Ubuntu 11/10, Intel graphic (Core i-540m) amd64 with 8GB RAM
and LOGITECH wireless G700
I noticed that window movement with mouse is very laggy, while using touchpad it is smooth. So I googled "compiz window move mouse touchpad" and found this bug. This solution worked

sudo gedit /etc/modules
Append the following:
-r usbhid
usbhid mousepoll=10
