[Bug 884153] [NEW] unable to adjust windows focus behaviour

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Hi,

I tried to configure unity for my personal needs, but was (even with
ccsm) unable to find any settings allowing to

- focus the window the mouse is over without needing to click it
- do not move the focussed window to front by default

Does unity enforce users to use the same settings the developers prefer
or is there anywhere an option to change it?
