[Bug 750182] [NEW] Win + escape binding can be configured but doesn't work

I've tried to bind Win+Escape combination to close windows. I've tried
it through 'Keyboard shortcuts' and via CCSM but not any of is working
(the combination catching works well). I also tried Alt+Esc it also
doesn't work. It seems that the problem is covered with Esc key
processing.
