The same here. I can reproduce this bug by hitting alt-space . Title
bars from all windows disappear. I need to logoff and login again to
recover from this situation.

Title:
  Pressing ALT-Space keyboard shortcut for Activated window menu, window
  title bar hide and can't be activated by same key pressed.
