While dragging any window in circular fashion or by just moving it down
the screen the mouse pointer is escaping window borders and could be in
any part of screen. At the same time a window remain attached to the
previous coordinates of the mouse.  I am using Ubuntu 12.04 d.b. from
8.12.11
