I can confirm that this issue exists when running Twinview mode in clone
mode on an nVidia GeForce GT 220 (placing my monitors output on the HDMI
as well for broadcasting via Wirecast via a Blackmagic Intensity Pro).

However, big thanks to wild_oscar (miguel-almeida) and Jeremy Deininger
(jeremydei) - the combination of their two comments *fixed the problem
entirely*.
