@lukehoersten: I noticed that too. For example, when you grab a window
from the title bar, there's a delay of about 1 second before you can
start dragging it around.

I can reproduce this easily on a Thinkpad X201 (Intel Arrandale
graphics), but it takes a lot longer on a Thinkpad X220 (Intel
Sandybridge graphics). So perhaps it's related to how much video memory
you have?
