Having same problems as described. However Resize Actions
"Maximize","Left Half" and "Right Half" (default settings) work fine.
Seems only to affect resizing actions where "top" or "bottom" are
involved.

Furthermore: Broken windows get accessible again as soon as (compiz)
Static Application Switcher moves the affected window behind or in front
of another (non-broken) window.
