[Bug 876198] Re: When switching workspaces with rotate/cube previous Ws contents are momentarily displayed

 

Add me to Maximinus' camp too. I have turned a lot of people on to
ubuntu for the very reason that it is inherently "tweekable."  I have to
say that it REALLY makes me mad that they would forget where their
(almost) entire code base comes from and try to become the next Apple or
Microsoft.

 Please consider this friendly warning Canonical management, brought to
you by a loyal user whose loyaly is rapidly fraying:  The world doesn't
need another Microsoft or Apple, and if you try to become like them IN
ANY WAY you risk legions of you followers jumping ship, forking the
code, and thumbing their nose at you.  I'm usually right about these
things - you would do well to heed this friendly warning.

 All that said, count me among the numbers having the flashing windows
with the rotating cube problem.

 What do you say guys - is it time to fork Ubuntu or what?
