This is very likely a per-application bug rather than a compiz bug: The
example dialogue presented is nvidia's control panel, which does not
allow resizing at certain points. If there are better examples that can
be reproduced on later versions of Ubuntu, please present them and
reopen this bug (set to 'new').

GamePad64, your issue concerning the move/click bumping is a separate
bug. Consider raising a new bug report if you can still reproduce this
behavior on Ubuntu 11.10 or the development version (12.04).
