When I am using Unity and use the keyboard bindings to switch between
virtual desktops (I re-mapped this to Ctrl-Alt Arrow keys), the
currently focused window gets moved to the virtual desktop that I am
switching to. This causes a frustrating experience when trying to access
applications on other virtual desktops.

I am using the stock Unity packages in Ubuntu 12.04.

To re-produce:

 * Load some applications.
 * Use the keyboard bindings to switch to another virtual desktop.
 * You should see the currently focused application is moved.
