[Bug 951938] Re: Middle-clicking the title bars causing window flickering.

  Middle-clicking title bars is supposed to send windows to the background
  (I believe). This does not behave as well as it should.
  
  Middle-clicking the title bar of a window that is not on top makes it
  briefly appear on top before it is sent to the background, causing a
- flicker.

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Login
  2. Open 3 Nautilus windows (non-maximized).
  3. Middle-clicking the top-most window's title bar should send it to the background as expected.
  4. Middle-clicking the title bar of lower windows will briefly bring them to the top before they go to the background. (Bug)
  5. Minimize one of the windows.
  6. Middle-clicking the top-most window's title bar will send it to the background briefly before returning it to the top. (Bug)
