I can not tell for Unity 5.6, but with the current Oneiric version it
still happen. To be more precise Unity 4.28.0-0ubuntu2 and Compiz
1:0.9.6+bzr20110929-0ubuntu6.1

I would be grateful, if this bug get fixed for Oneiric ;)
