** Description changed:
- Just started the desktop in GNOME mode
+ Just started the desktop in GNOME CLASSIC mode; if restarted, compiz crashes again.
+ No problems with GNOME mode. Graphic problems with Unity (the panels flicker and sometimes disappear, the panel's shadows are larger than normal).

+ This installation is an upgrade from 11.10.
