[Bug 971829] [NEW] Applications Show White Screen after maximising

Reproduce
1. Open firefox or Gedit of Thunderbird.
2. Maximize the app
3. Minimize it
4. Now open the minimized window from Launcher and you will see white screen.
5. To see the content on the page yosue Alt+Left mouse to drag the window out of maximize mode then you can see the content.

Tried to reboot the system, problem persists.

System
Ubuntu 12.04 daily build
CPU: i5, 
8GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 470 GPU
Nvidia drivers installed
