** Description changed:

  Setting "unredirect fullscreen windows" in ccsm prevents compiz to start
  on the next startup, the only visible part of the screen will be the
- wallpaper. The only way to recover is log into Unity-2d and reset the
- default compiz settings, where that option is disabled.
