I was coding for a website and as such alt-tabbing between the IDE and
Chrome to test, when I alt+tabbed into a nautilus window. The window had
lost its menu bar, and as such has lost minimise/maximise/close/settings
functionality. I then opened additional programs, terminal and software
centre; both of these have no menu bars on opening. Rather obvious
problem there! Screenshot of the issue enclosed.

I will now restart to see if:
a) That provides a temporary fix
b) The bug can be reproduced and exactly how that was done etc.
