[Bug 968005] [NEW] the screen does not go blank when the mouse point is left on the window controls

Recently i ve discovered a weird bug.

My mouse pointer was left on one of the window control buttons
(maximize), and i left the computer idle. Then after ten minutes i
realized that the screensaver(default black screen) does not activate
itself when the mouse is on those controls.
