[Bug 735170] [NEW] gvim windows sometimes become large when unmaximizing

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: unity

Open a gnome-terminal or gvim window. The window should only take a
fraction of the screen. Maximize it.

Drag down from the unity menu bar such that the window unmaximizes. Keep
the mouse button held down. Drag the window back up so that it maximizes
and goes blue, then down again. Do this for several seconds.

After a few attempts, when unmaximized the window will be the size of
the screen. (It should be the original size). This shouldn't happen

I presume this happens with the terminal and gvim and not other programs
because they resize their windows to fixed increments.
