[Bug 958196] [NEW] status window disappeared

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I booted off a Precise Beta 1 amd64 desktop CD, ran gparted, told it to
resize and move around some partitions. It ran apparently fine for a
while. With a couple hours left, the status window that told me how
many hours remaining is gone. I can't find it. I un-maximized all the
other windows to look for it. Alt-tabbing doesn't help. I can interact
with the menus in gparted. vmstat seems to be making it very clear that
gparted is still moving my partitions around.

Huh, I just minimized gparted, then when I alt-tabbed back, the status
window flickered up for a moment, then disappeared again. Alt-tabbed
some more, still couldn't get it. Alt-tabbed again, held it on gparted,
was able to see the status window, released, and I can see the status
window again.

Maybe this is a unity bug, not a parted bug?

1 hour 9 minutes remaining....
