Thanks for your involvement with this bug report. We're trying to work
hard in getting issues resolved; however, we can't get everything done
all at once. I know this bug is pretty old but it's not the only one out
there. That isn't to say that this one won't get solved. This bug has
been tagged for a milestone that should be coming up soon enough.

In the meantime it would be most helpful if comments could be added only
if they add to the discussion. Launchpad is not a place for unhelpful
queries and remarks. That only provides extra mail for those that have
to sift through multitudes of it.
