[Bug 755842] Re: Non-maximized windows which sit on the border of a workspace move when called

 

I don't understand why this hasn't been fixed, yet. It's a serious
usability issue. You can't use the switcher to switch programms, which
from my experience most of the people will do. At the beginning I
thought the window had disappeared and it took me some time to figure
out, that it only went to another workspace. Also when it's on another
workspace, you can't always move it because the menu of the window is on
a different workspace. Where is the point having different workspaces in
the first place when you can't use them properly? I love the concept of
different workspaces but at the moment I think it's better to have
everything on one workspace because then it does not get messed up.
