looks like I have this bug on presice pangolin,
all the effects worked fine, it suddenly stopped working.
I have got intel cpu and intel gpu.

exactly what is described above, water effect gives an almost black
screen, everything else works fine.

The launcher, dash and that toolbar above don't change as it's supposed
to.
