The proposal to merge lp:~compiz-team/compiz/build-fixes-part-3-compizconfig-python into lp:compiz/0.9.8 has been updated.

Description changed to:

Testers should really test the last item in the branch pipeline lp:~compiz-team/compiz/build-fixes-part-10-animationaddon-plugin

This branch gets compizconfig-python working using slightly saner build rules. Namely:

 1. Enables compizconfig-python and ccsm for building
 2. Removed install rules based on add_custom_target
 3. Created a item to build which will cause the build rules for compizconfig-python to be involved.
 4. Mark files that python generates as files generated by the generation rule, this way they will be correctly removed on make clean
 5. Make installing use install (CODE) in order to be added properly
 6. Make the unit tests separately invokable, so they at least run when libcompizconfig is installed
