[Bug 1006721] Re: Terminal windows forget they're semi-maximized on compiz restart
This gnome-terminal misbehaving - it destroys and recreates its own
windows whenever the window manager restarts (eg, when it looses
compositing). As such, it is racing with the window manager to ensure
that the new window will be seen as a window created after the WM starts
and not before it.
