I would like to suggest here to use Emerald, the original Compiz
Decorator, as default for Compiz/Unity...

It looks better, supports transparency and glow, has more functionality
built-in already, than any other window decorator, like free
configuration of window buttons and title bar, there are many nice
themes available already and you could improve the whole Compiz/Unity
design and functionality.
