[Bug 1018559] [NEW] "authentication needed" doesn't get focus when changing proxy settings

When changing the proxy setting system wide it asks for the users password, but that dialog doesn't get the focus so that you will type your password into another window (depending on the theme this is not very obvious) - might be a security problem
