I got a new clue. I always disable nautilus for drawing my desktop (I
don't use the desktop at all, since I got my beloved Unity ;) ). Now I
reenabled it and it seems to solve the bug (maybe work around it since
there's always a window left to draw?). I will keep you updated if the
problem is really gone.
